We are unable to offer refunds for cancellations, date changes, or non-attendance due to the participant’s personal circumstances. By submitting your application, you are deemed to have agreed to this cancellation policy. ■ Confirmation of Application
Event registration is final upon submission. Once you have applied, we cannot accommodate cancellations or refunds for any reason, so please consider your application carefully before submitting. ■ Cancellation or Postponement by the Organizer
Refunds or rescheduling arrangements will only be provided if the event is cancelled or postponed due to circumstances on the organizer’s side. Refunds will not be issued for any other reason. ■ Exceptional Cases
Exceptions to the no-refund policy may be considered by the organizer on a case-by-case basis only where special circumstances apply, but such accommodation is not guaranteed. ■ Force Majeure Clause
In the event the program is cancelled due to natural disasters or other circumstances beyond our control, further details will be provided separately; however, refunds will not be issued as a general rule. | About Your Contract | - By submitting your application, you are deemed to have agreed to the Terms of Service, and your application will be accepted.

- Please note that, as a general rule, we do not refund deposits if you cancel your contract.
- If you cancel a product for which the date and time have already been confirmed due to your own circumstances, a cancellation fee will be charged. The cancellation fee is listed on the booking page; if not listed, the terms and conditions for the training camp will apply.
- As a general rule, we cannot issue refunds once payment has been made.
- Please note that you cannot change to a different plan for products for which you have already placed an order and made payment. Please also note that no refunds will be issued in such cases.
