I participated as an event consultant and on-site director.
On August 30, 2025, at Bellesalle Takadanobaba, I served as an event consultant and on-site director, providing overall operational guidance for the “SHIFT AI 2nd Anniversary” event hosted by SHIFT AI, Inc.
This special event, held to commemorate SHIFT AI’s second anniversary, attracted an audience of approximately 2,000 people. It was a highly energetic event attended by numerous professionals, including speakers, corporate partners, and media representatives, as well as a large number of community members.
Our company was responsible for the following areas in this project.
- Oversight of the overall event structure
- On-site direction on the day of the event (stage coordination, presentation management, and overall operations)
- Speaker coordination, traffic flow planning, and time management
