“FUNNEL ASSEMBLE”
We participated as Event Advisors and On-Site Directors
On November 15, 2025, at THE GRAND HALL in Shinagawa, we supported the overall planning and operation of the “FUNNEL ASSEMBLE” ClickFunnels Japan launch event—hosted by JSLAB Co., Ltd. and ClickFunnels—serving as event advisors and on-site directors.
ClickFunnels is an all-in-one online marketing and sales funnel building platform originating in the United States. It is highly regarded as an online business tool widely adopted by entrepreneurs and marketers worldwide, as it enables everything from website creation, lead generation, and sales to customer management and marketing automation within a single service.
This event was held to celebrate the official launch of ClickFunnels in the Japanese market and became a vibrant gathering of approximately 300 marketers, entrepreneurs, and content business owners.
Our company was responsible for the following aspects of this project.
- Overseeing the overall structure of the event
- On-site direction on the day of the event (stage coordination, speaker management, and overall operations)
- Pre-event coordination with international speakers and interpretation support
- Participation in event planning as a strategic advisor
- Interpretation and facilitation during panel discussions
Additionally, on the day before the event, we accompanied the international speakers on a tour of Tokyo and attended meetings with them, providing attentive support to ensure that the relationships of trust and team collaboration with the speakers would translate into the best possible experience on the day of the event.
We are deeply honored to have contributed to the event’s success by handling everything from overall operations and international coordination to on-site stage management as a one-stop service. Moving forward, we will continue to contribute to enhancing our clients’ brand value by producing events that connect professionals both domestically and internationally, while leveraging our expertise in on-site management, interpretation, and strategic advisory services.
