We were responsible for overall management and program support for this three-day event.
From September 18 to 21, 2025, our company oversaw the entire operation of “Platinum Passport 2025,” an event hosted by TEAM KOJI Co., Ltd. at the Marroad International Hotel Narita. We handled a wide range of responsibilities, from planning and execution to participant support.
Approximately 50 participants gathered for this program, making it an intensive three days of experiential learning focused on self-growth, mindset, leadership, and clarifying and internalizing their personal missions.
It was a special time filled with tears, inspiration, and profound insights, leading to significant inner transformations for each participant.
Our responsibilities were as follows:
- Overall direction for the three days (management of general operations and program coordination)
- Creating the atmosphere through dance-led energy work
- Time schedule management (facilitation and coordination of each session)
- Support for the sales funnel as a sales advisor
I am deeply honored to have witnessed the moments when participants rediscovered their own potential and achieved genuine “breakthroughs” that propelled them to the next stage during this intensive residential program, and to have supported them throughout that process.
Moving forward, I will continue to create irreplaceable experiences for both clients and participants through event design that maximizes experiential value and on-site management.
